烘焙笔心 挞

芋泥挞
method:
step1: mix dought
250g flour
100g sugar
100g butter ~hard
1egg full
1/2tsp bakibg powder
1/4tsp salt
water~optional
step 2: 成形
用plastic包上,
擀平,压薄
cut圆,cutter/小碗,
压入模,
铺上plastic,用另外一个模压形,修边
放进冰箱harder ~30mins
待用
step 3: 准备馅
step 4: 进馅
将step 3 馅入模 step 2
用汤匙,挞边厚,高~烤后会沉
step 5: 预热烤箱170度
step 6: 170度,25mins
**放上烤架~不要放在烤盘,因为多层过热慢,挞边及底比较难烤至金黄~挞不会脆
step 7: 挞顶接近金黄,转去中层烤馅
