6.sweet potato bread
oven method:
Resting same as sweet dough. 1st time: 1-2hrs until dough double in size.
Use oven method as stated in my recipe.
Then shape it to fit into a loaf pan, rest a 2nd time for 45mins-1hr til double in size (use oven method) and bake.
Oven Temp 180-200,
30-45mins
