For self-treatment of minor ailments such as: • fever, headaches, pain • runny nose, itch, mild sedative • nausea, vomiting, motion sickness • diarrhea, food poisoning, flatulence (wind) • sore throat • cuts, bruises, superficial wounds, bleeding • antiseptic, disinfectant Contains 11 individually labeled items in a waterproof Ziploc bag and respective instructions for use: 01 Chlorhexidine Cream 0.1% 1 tube Antiseptic cream for cuts and bruises. Apply to skin as needed. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. 02 Chlorpheniramine 4mg 10 tabs For runny nose, itch and as a sedative. Recommended dose: 1 tablet 3 times per day. Do not consume with alcohol. 03 Loperamide 2mg 10 caps For diarrhea. Recommended dose: 2 capsules stat and 1 cap per bowel movement, maximum 6 caps per day. 04 Paracetamol 500mg 20 tabs For fever, headache and pain. Maximum dose: 2 tablets 4 times per day. 05 Prochloperazine 5mg 10 tabs For motion sickness, nausea and vomiting. Recommended dose: 1 tablet 3 times per day. Do not consume with alcohol. 06 Ultracarbon Tablet 20 tabs For diarrhea, food poisoning, flatulence(wind). Recommended dose: 2 tablets 3 times per day. May use with loperamide for diarrhea. 07 Trachisan Lozenges 20 For sore throat. Use as needed. Maximum dose: 8 loz / day 08 Alcohol Swab 5 pcs As disinfectant on skin 09 Crepe Bandage 1 roll As sterile outer bandage on wounds. 10 Sterile Gauze 5 pcs As sterile inner bandage on wounds.
